Hi y’all! In one short month I will be a Doctor of Physical Therapy! Although that is my professional passion my everyday passion lies in health, fitness and Thai food.
To me, a balanced lifestyle includes making the most of weekdays in order to fully enjoy the weekend with a cocktail in hand.

I graduated from the University of Texas-Austin in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology-exercise science. I am finishing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman's University in Dallas, TX. I am an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and currently teach classes at VITAL.
